Return / Refund / Exchange / Cancellation Policy

Sapphire Hair Essentials will always try our best to meet the demands of all customers. We offer a 14 day refund policy for all items that do not meet your satisfaction in terms of quality. Please be sure to thoroughly check your order upon receipt of delivery. If you determine you are not satisfied with the quality of the hair, please contact Sapphire immediately. We will provide you with the information on where to return the bundles to. The bundles must be in its original package and condition when received back to us. If the bundles are damaged or altered in any way, the refund will be denied. Please make sure to ship with tracking info.

We DO NOT offer refunds for length, pattern, or “change of mind”. If you place an order, and no longer want the items, we will issue a store credit only.

For all exchanges, please contact us immediately. Exchanges offered within the first 14 days, for the same reasons, length, pattern, or “change of mind”etc require a 10% restocking fee and an additional fee for shipping the items out again.

All order cancelations require a 10% fee if not cancelled before shipment goes out. Unfortunately, this fee is charged by our merchants, so please verify your order before you pay.

Any orders shipped to you that are incorrect, due to the fault of the company will be exchanged at no cost to you.
